Membership Requirements

  • All participants must be registered members of the sports club.


  • Membership cards must be presented for access to facilities.


  • Fees must be paid on time to avoid suspension of privileges.


  • Members must update their personal information with the club regularly.

Code of Conduct

  • Respect for teammates, opponents, referees, and staff is mandatory.


  • Abusive language, aggressive behavior, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.


  • Members must maintain sportsmanship at all times during games and events.


  • Bullying or harassment in any form will result in immediate disciplinary action.


Facility Usage

  • Equipment and facilities must be used responsibly and as intended.


  • Any damage to property must be reported immediately and may result in penalties.


  • Food and beverages are prohibited in certain areas, including courts and playing fields.


  • Keep the premises clean by disposing of trash in designated bins.


Health and Safety

  • Players must ensure they are medically fit to participate.


  • Appropriate sportswear and safety gear must be worn during activities.


  • Injuries must be reported to the management or coaches promptly.


  • Any hazardous conditions or unsafe equipment must be reported immediately.


Scheduling and Attendance

  • Adhere to the scheduled timings for practice and matches.


  • Arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of any event or activity.


  • Notify the management in advance if unable to attend scheduled activities.


  • Repeated absence without notice may result in loss of privileges.


Game Rules

  • Follow the official rules of the respective sports.


  • Disputes during games will be resolved by referees or designated officials.


  • Players must respect the decisions of referees and umpires without argument.


Spectator Guidelines

  • Spectators are encouraged to cheer positively and avoid disruptive behavior.


  • Unauthorized entry onto the playing area is strictly prohibited.


  • Any act of vandalism or disrespect towards players or staff will result in removal.


Cancellation Policy

  • Notify the club at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend an event.


  • The management reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities in case of emergencies.


  • Refunds for cancellations will be processed according to the club’s refund policy.


Prohibited Activities

  • Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly banned on the premises.


  • Unauthorized use of equipment or areas is not allowed.


  • Gambling or betting on games is strictly prohibited.


  • Bringing weapons or hazardous materials onto the premises is forbidden.
